Visions of the Stigmatist and Mystic Therese Neumann of Konnersreuth
Wouldn't you like to have been at Jerusalem at the first Pentecost when the Apostles baptized 3,000 and Peter was heard speaking in many languages? Or, to be with Mary and Joseph as they traveled to Bethlehem? Or, when Therese was allowed to look into heaven?
Therese Neumann of Konnersreuth was one of the greatest mystics of all times. She possessed all thirteen mystical phenomena of which the most visible were her stigmata, the tears of blood, her inedia (absence from food and drink) and Friday visions of the Passion of Christ.
In conformity with the Vatican, the process of her Beatification and Canonization was officially opened on February 13, 2005 by Bishop Gerhard Mueller of Regensburg. Throughout her life, Therese has thousands of visions of the life of Christ, the Virgin Mary and of the Saints.
This book, A Gift He Meant for Us, shares some 85 visions with the reader, truly a treasure for the followers of Christ.

A True friend of Jesus: Blessed Teresa Bracco. Teresa was born on February 24, 1924 in the rural hamlet of Santa Giulia in the Piedmont province of Northern Italy. Theresa's early example of her diligence in helping her mother, her stellar behavior in the Santa Giulia church and the local school inspired the local priest Father Olivieri. When recieving the sacrament of Confirmation Teresa was touched upon reading the life of Saint John Bosco and embraced his motto: "Better to die than to sin". When the armistice was forged between the Allies and Italy in 1943, the German Third Reich sought to punish Italy for its "treason" by answering with severe repression. Teresa was a unwilling victim.
